Fire Emblem Warriors is due out for Switch and New 3DS on September 28 in Japan, and on October 20 in North America and Europe.
Fire Emblem Warriors is set to launch this week in Japan and next month in the United States and Europe, but despite the game not even being out yet we already have full details on the game's DLC. Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon and Awakening will both arrive in 2018, the former releasing at the beginning and the latter in Spring.
While there are no current official western prices for the DLC just yet, the Japanese price for each individual DLC pack is 1,400 Yen (around $15), and 3,000 Yen for the season pass (around $30). You could also purchase each DLC separately. Each DLC pack will contain new characters, items and weapons.
DLC Pack #1 (Dec 2017, $8.99USD / £8.09 / €8.99): The content in this pack is inspired by Fire Emblem Fates.
The final DLC will feature content taken from the 3DS game Fire Emblem Awakening. There is also a new History Mode that will retell various Fire Emblem stories within Warriors, so that's something to look forward to if you've been meaning to catch up on the series' lore. Using the amiibo will grant players weapons or materials when tapped. The special edition includes the game, premium character card set with slip case, a double-sided poster and a three-CD music set.
