Lockdown Lifted After Shots Fired Near TCU Campus

Police spokesman Bradley Perez said two employees of the Roadrunner Shuttle service used at TCU got into an argument before one employee fired a shot at the other.

There were multiple reports of an armed suspect on the campus of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas early Tuesday morning. The alleged shooter fled the scene around 7:30 a.m.in his shuttle bus and police are searching for him.

A TCU shuttle bus driver was arrested Tuesday morning after shooting at another shuttle driver. One of the drivers shot his weapon yet missed, WFAA is announcing.

The campus said in an alert: "Armed person on campus". TCU said the suspect was driving shuttle #24171, which was found off-campus abandoned.

TCU tweeted at 8:06 a.m.an "all-clear" and that the lockdown had been lifted. This story will be updated as new information becomes available.
