A WOMAN who married her MUM has pleaded guilty to committing incest.
Patricia lost custody of Misty and her two other children when they were younger and didn't reconnect with them until 2014.
Misty Spann, 26, got the maximum and was walloped with a 10-year probation for getting hitched to her biological mother.
The daughter said that her mother had convinced her at the time by saying that their marriage would be considered legal.
In Oklahoma, incest is a felony crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
It is reported that misty Spann grew up with her grandmother, as her mother was deprived of parental rights.
"We got told we actually had a real mom, so we wanted to know what she was about, the first thing she showed us she was about was trying to get in my brother's trousers", Cody added.
Patricia is also charged with incest and is expected to appear in court in January.
Patricia married her biological son in 2008, but the marriage was eventually annulled in 2010 after the son described the relationship as incestuous. She reportedly said her mother assured her she had received legal advice that indicated it was not a crime for them to Wednesday.
That marriage was annulled two years later by the son, on the basis that it was incestuous.
"I think she's worthless she put my sister into this". She forced my sister into this, there's a lot of people that now that.
"If that's what you want that's on you, but none of us kids want that".
The marriage between Misty and her mother was annulled October 12, six weeks after Misty filed for an annulment "by reason of illegality and fraud", the Tulsa World reports.
The term GSA was coined 30 years ago by American Barbara Gonyo.
However, GSA is rare between people raised together in early childhood due to a reverse sexual imprinting known as the Westermarck effect, which desensitizes them sexual attraction.
