Now the company is set to the plans as a part of a Republic Day 2018 offer. Under the new plan, a JioPhone user would need to top up the minimum monthly charge of Rs 49 with additional amounts to reach the Rs 1,500 annual recharge figure, if he/she wants to avail of the full refund.
Next up are the existing 1.5GB data per day plans, which will offer 2GB data per day come January 26.
Rs 149 plan: will give clients 1.5GB daily data for 28 days, which implies 42GB altogether. The plan initially offers 2.1GB data for 14 days.
The new Rs.49 plan for JioPhone users offers 1GB of 4G high-speed data and unlimited free voice calls (local + STD + roaming) for a period of 28 days. All the aforementioned plans include unlimited calling benefits for both local and national calls. So for sure, big savings await all Jio users this Republic Day.
Jio's Rs 399 plan has been slashed to Rs 349, and offers 1.5GB daily data with 70 days validity.

The current plan offers 136GB data in all with every day FUP (Fair Usage Policy) of 1.5GB every day.
The plan 498 of Jio now offer 182GB data instead of 136GB data. Airtel, on the other hand, offers 1GB daily data, and validity of 84 days, up from 70 days that it used to offer before.
