Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West have named their newborn daughter Chicago West, after the USA city where the rapper was raised. "Chicago West sounds like the name of a hit new medical drama coming this fall on ABC", another person wrote. She joins big sister North, 4, and middle brother Saint, 2.
And the five-day old baby appears to already have been given a nickname by her world-famous parents, with Kardashian West writing in a second tweet "North, Saint & Chi".
Kardashian West and West, 40, who married in a lavish ceremony in Italy in May 2014, have been dogged by rumors of trouble in paradise recently amid gossip-press speculation that their marriage is on the rocks.
Followed by four heart eye emojis, Khloe showed her approval of the name choice while also confirming that the nickname of the newest member of the Kardashian's expanding empire will be Chi, identical to the fond moniker of the famous IL city. After all, they didn't name Baby No. 3 "Calabasas".
The newborn has apparently been named in honour of her father Kanye West's hometown.

At that time, the couple said it was "incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true", Kardashian West says.
"Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, lovely baby girl", the mom of three, 37, wrote on her app on Tuesday, January 16.
People reports that Kardashian is making sure her elder children feel the love after the birth of their baby sister.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 37, opted for surrogacy for her third child due to health concerns involving pregnancy.
